Subscribe to new job offers with my skills

The user should be able to subscribe to new offers. When doing so, they should see a list of the skills of their profile, and check the boxes of the skills they want to be notified for.

@sylvain : they should see a list of the skills of their profile now becomes they have access to an autocompleted list of skilled powered by DBpedia, right ?

I don't think so. People have skills on their profile, the spec was that you can subscribe of jobs matching your skills.

We could do "users can subscribe to any skills even if they don't have it" but it's a different spec.
