Redirect after leaving circle/project

After leaving a circle/project, I should be redirected to the home (/members/?) page, if (and only if) I left via an -information page

note that awaiting https://git.happy-dev.fr/startinblox/framework/sib-core/issues/476 and https://git.happy-dev.fr/startinblox/framework/sib-core/issues/546 this will need to be done in the sib-delete event handler
