I am so sorry, but I can't replicate this issue.

I always get the chat history between my test users dele & deleolajide. If I do a /clear and re-open the chatbox, I get the history.

What I can suggest is to clear your localStorage and relaod the page. To do that, hit F12 and type localStorage.clear() in the dev console window.

@dele If you use my account with Firefox, you'll have it whenever you try it. I send you the credentials by email

@dele anything in particular I should ask her to give us to get more details on the problem on her side? She mentionned on a chat that clearing cache or login/logout didn't fixed the problem for her.

Console log files from Firefox would be helpful with any error messages when it happens would be very useful. I don't use Firefox so I am not sure on how to obtain them.

@dele Maybe you should try out Firefox to debug it :-)
