Autocompletion dropdowns should not do "exact" matching with accentuated letters

I'm typing benoi and it doesn't match Benoît because of the accent on the î. How silly is that?

PS: I know it is a SIB core issue, I'm posting it here so we track it, push them to provide us with a date of release for that fix and gently remind them we are expecting so they do deliver on time.
