[Profile directory] Be able to empty filters easily

What needs to be done?

This was out of MVP scope, but in the first mockups done by Sophie, skills filters could be removed one by one:

This is not the case today. To empty the list, we need to select the first item of the dropdown. It's a bit of the pain to find.
