Adding a new channel is not seen in the channel list without a refresh

What's happening?

Add a channel and save: you will be redirected to the channel's list. But the channel you have just created will not be visible.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the admin panel
  2. Add a channel and hit save
  3. See your new channel is not appearing on the list
  4. Refresh
  5. Now you can see your channel
