As a loggedin user, I can see the list of communities on a user profile

What needs to be done?

This issue needs #757 (closed) to be done first.

Once an admin has added a user within a community this user can:

• see the list of communities he belongs to appear on their profile (just like skills we need to have a new section?)

• filter profile directory with text field

Test cases

1. I can filter the profile directory thanks to a text field
2. When I go check someone's profile I can see the list of communities they belong to
3. When I check my own profile I see the list of communities I'm part of. I cannot edit this list.
