Do not show phone number and website if the user has not completed them

What needs to be done?

Currently we see the phone number icon and the website on a user profile even if those info were not completed by the user.

Test cases

1. Remove phone number or website from your profile
2. The icons should disappear. Currently they stay:

changed the description

@jbpasquier do we need a core upgrade for this as well? Or can we schedule it for another milestone?

We can go for it by workaround without core upgrade.

@matthieu @balessan Does widget refactoring solves this issue?

I think there are some ways to handle it. @jbpasquier what kind of workaround did you have in mind?

If you stay on 0.10, I think you can't do better than a custom widget. On 0.11, we can imagine going to a full CSS solution as the value is written in the DOM
