feature: router 0.10

This branch implement the new router

Testing process:

• Not ideal, but every link to another "page" should work
• (bugfix) now, clicking on a skill or a community on the profile directory should lead to the user profile instead of a blank page
• (new) urls are "a bit less ugly"

Compare with previous version

Everything looks good I have a weird behavior sometimes when I open several circles in different tab. But it's not consistent. Anyway I don't think it should block the issue, so I'm merging
