Federation - Can't join distant circle

How is it now?

I can't join a distant circle

How should it be?

I should be able to click on "Join circle" and be added to this circle. Maybe it has something to see with the login?

Steps to reproduce

1. In config.json, change circles and users endpoints:

"circles": "https://api.test-paris.happy-dev.fr/sources/circles/",
"users": "https://api.test-paris.happy-dev.fr/sources/users/"

2. Go on the circles admin, and click "Join circle" next to a circle from test-nantes
3. Nothing happens. If you go in the network tab of your inspector, you will see a 403.
