If we can drop one-to-one conversations XMPP history, that would solve https://git.startinblox.com/applications/sib-app/issues/396

@Alice-P Do we clone the Django database as it is on alpha.happy-dev.fr, or do you prefer to start from scratch and create the circles you want, with the people you picky choose inside each of them?
