Error 500 when trying a password reset on stg1

What's happening?

When trying to reset my password on stg1 I get an error 500

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://api.stg1.startinblox.com/auth/password_reset/
2. Enter email rachel.arnould@paris.happy-dev.fr
3. Press "Send me instructions!"
4. See the Error 500

500 given by an SMTP Error on astral server. Given this one to @plup

Incorrect authentication data on test1, 2, 3, stg1, 2 and etikbnb one.

I fixed this issues on the 5 instances by adding the full domain when authenticating. I also added a testing procedure in documentation.

Maybe. I got the error and fixed it on djangoldp-account, will release on productions asap.
