using EDC to make data discoverable easily

Alice wants to sell apples. Bob likes apples. They should meet.

Alice has a server with a listing of her stocks of apples. She wants to use a dataspace connector to make sure that anyone using a compatible app could find and buy her delicious apples.

She installs her EDC connector, then selects in the catalog the indexation service offered by Startin'blox, and agrees to the conditions, so that the connector validates her contract. Startin'blox deploys an indexer that connects to her data base, and publishes a dataset of type "index of fruits" and adds it into the catalog. This dataset is published with an automatic contract acceptance, so that Bob can easily find and use it.

Bob uses his favorite "find the apple" app. This app connects to his own dataspace connector, retrieves the list of datasets of type "index of fruits", validates the automatic contract associated, and queries them to find apples that match his delicacy criterias.

He finds that the best apples for him are Alice's. He buys them, they get married and live happily ever after.
