Add Converse Jitsi plugin

What needs to be done?

Converse has a jitsi plugin. If it isn't too much trouble it could be a nice little addition to our chat.

We should first estimate how long it would take. But if it quick, that's something we could prioritize quickly, in between two large new features.

Are there any technical details worth mentioning?
