RAI : not reliable on loading the app or resuming a session

I'll provide logs as soon as I can but there are 2 cases where RAI do not work reliably in my case:

1. When I load the app
2. When I resume a session after having suspended my laptop

When I do so, most of the time, I get no bold circles. If I reload, it is variable, sometimes the circles with activity do appear bold, and sometimes they do not.
