Copy pasting a message removes the mentions in it

If a user copy-pastes a message, the @ from the @username are removed, and so the notifications are not triggered.

@rachel Sorry, I wasn't clear then. The screenshot is missing a notification for the @all message of Benoît in the #HOME circle.

aaaaaah got it! Benoit sent the same message in two channels? that's maybe reproductible :) Will try on staging.

He did yes, by mistake because the app was showing him the wrong circle's header I think... :-D

@balessan Would you know why it could be that I didn't receive the notification from your message in #HOME? Could it be that you copy-pasted it and posted it, then realized that the @all had become all and edited back to @all, which didn't trigger a notification?

Another track/tip here, editing a message will not send any notification.

@balessan OK makes sense. I rewrite this issue then. I guess the root cause is that copy pasting a message suppresses the @ of the @usernames mentions, and thus does not trigger notifications. That will happen again, it already did to me several times.

@jbpasquier @rachel: I guess this has just become a chat issue. I let you organize the repos as you see fit. Do note that you do not need to close this issue and create a new one on the chat repo though, you can just "move" this one to the chat repo, cf. the bottom right column.
