Federated models

@matthieu are invoices, batches and tasks supposed to be federated ? Currently they are missing two things for this to work:

• they are missing rdf_type in the Model.Meta
• a lot of the models in DjangoLDP-invoice have fields with NOT NULL constraints, which currently is not possible with backlinked "urlid-only" objects

Are the invoicing models defined in an ontology already ? Actually with PyLD this will still work if not but long-term defining them is necessary for compatibility

This is a good question, not sure about that. Maybe @jbpasquier will know more?

Both FreelanceInvoice and CustomerInvoice are defined to be using rdf_type = 'sib:invoice'

Currently rdf_type is required to be unique to a Model on the local server (documentation/specifications#5)

I think that we should split the ontology's sib:invoice into

• sib:freelanceInvoice
• sib:customerInvoice

@calummackervoy I'm making changes on solid-invoicing and backend for Happy Dev Paris. I can make the required modifications but I need guidance. How do you change those ontologies ?

In terms of how do you change the ontology RDF file - I don't know. Actually when I went digging into this I couldn't find out if the ontology was published or not!

In terms of the scope of this issue - it will involve changing the models.py of this application so that each model has a unique rdf_type (e.g. see above) and every field should have null=True (djangoldp#224)

I can do these changes in 15-20 minutes but happy if you want to do them - let me know
