OIDC - Dynamic Client Registration

According to SoLiD :

If this is the first time a Provider and a Relying Party are encountering each other, the RP must perform Dynamic Client Registration. Note: This is an operation that happens under the hood, and does not involve the user. All compliant OIDC clients have this functionality built in.

I checked, and it seems that neither OIDC client JS nor Django OIDC provider allows it.

We will need this feature rather soon so that the appropriate client_id is returned to the client (Relying Party) willing to identify its user to any given Django server (OIDC provider).
