Federation: Proper inbox discovery

Currently inboxes are hardcoded

From the ActivityPub spec:

The inbox is determined by first retrieving the target actor's JSON-LD representation and then looking up the inbox property

May be thus dependent on #372 , or on providing the inbox serialization on resources/containers, if we want to press ahead with one inbox for every resource and container (#332 )
