HD Paris - Hubl - Job board enhancement

HD Paris would like to improve the Job board experience by adding 2 features:

• being able to discuss within a job offer by having a comments thread.
• have the possibility for the creator of the job offer to apply a status: new or close The action of closing the job offer involves that it is not possible to post a comment anymore.
