Being able to delete job offers

What needs to be done?

It would be great to be able to delete job offers. Especially when they have been created twice by mistake.

Log in, next to the edit button of a job offer I have written, I see a bin icon.
When I click on it, I get a confirmation message
If I confirm, the job offer gets deleted.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
