As a simple user, when creating a job offer I can link them to one or several communities
What needs to be done?
When creating a job offer, all users should now be able to link them to one or several communities. They can only do that on communities they already belong too.
As a first step, we will allow everyone to see these job offers, but in the future job offers could be private to some communities.
This is why it might be good to add a sentence about it in the job offer form "Attention pour l'instant toutes les annonces sont publiques et sont par conséquent diffusées dans toutes les communautés".
This new field should be mandatory.
