Changing Welcome Text in Hubl instance

Hey @sophie I ve writed a new text to implement and change a bit the welcome text in the dashboard hubl.

Here it is :

🏁 NOUS SOMMES EN BETA 🏁 Salut ! Je suis Cyril, fraichement embarqué dans l’aventure HUBL avec la team Startinblox. Je serai ton interlocuteur pour Hubl. Si tu as besoin de quoi que ce soit appuie ici pour me laisser un message. Ma mission est de faire la passerelle jusqu’à l’équipe technique. En cas de besoin pressant je t’encourage à m’appeler ou me faire un texto, voici mon numéro ! Peu importe le canal, je ferai de mon mieux pour t’apporter une solution.
