Hubl Chat - Little keywords, big help

Within the chat, today it's quite poor, user doesn't feel good arriving on Hubl chat.

We would need to bring little keywords helping user to know how to chat.

See the exemple of slack image after, not bound to do excatly the same, idea is to be sure user is confortable with how to chat. @sophie can you help us with this ?
