Improve loader design in circles and messages

Aiming to improve UX on Hubl we would like to have a better loader when waiting Hubl to display chat in circles or messages.

Could you please @sophie make a proposal for this ? I have put down here exemple you've made before in an issue related. ( components/solid-xmpp-chat#233 (closed) )

You told about 30 tokens to do so , could you confirm ?
