[Upgrade ESS France] - Add possibility to have a vote display by majority jugement display on "poll" component

Needed for Upgrade ESS France application

When ESS community application was created, we added the possibility to have a vote display by majority jugement display, we must reintegrate this in the core component.

Could you please detail the work to do, then estimate the cost to implement it ?
