Make sure that only administrators (Client) can add members to the community

Today, all members of a community could invite someone to enter the community.

Is it possible to limit this possibility to administrators only (Client) ?

I think that this feature should be customizable by the client instance because we will certainly have clients who will want to limit access to this feature and others who will want to leave it open to all

Can you tell me if this is possible and at what cost?
