Customize the About page for 1 customer : Space Coop EU

How much would it cost to customize a client's "About" page while leaving it static (Versus the dynamic solution proposed in ticket applications/hubl#1008)?

Indeed, the cost of the dynamic solution proposed on ticket applications/hubl#1008 may not be financed, however, the customer needs a personalized "about" page... How can we address this need in a simple and inexpensive way without making a fork and without having to redo the page at each update? Is a deployment configuration possible?
