Adding a partners page

ESS France would add a partners page to list their funding partners, co-constructors, ... I think we could manage this request by adding a dashboard on them platform (With the last version, it's possible to add more than one dashboard) but i would like you confirm it.

There are a little specificity, they would like this page accessible by the right menue, we already spoke about it to permit our customer to personalize them "about page", so i think this functionality will appear in few weeks and we could manage it in the ticket applications/hubl#1008, and if it's not ready when ESS need it, i think i can convince them to start with the left menue.

So, if we don't speak here about the right or left menue, i need to know if :

• We can use the dashboard to create this partners page
• If yes, how much it costs to create this partners page for ESS using the dashbaord blox

PS : I create this issue in feature Request because i don't see the blox "dashboard" in "Bloxes repo".
