Put notification counter to zero when I open the bell menu

Notifications menu in header should use the same system as Facebook I think.

Say there is 8 notifications on my bell When I open it, it goes back to zero so the bubble disappear The ones I havent clicked on yet stay 100% opacity The ones I clicked on already become 30% opacity
