List organizations I am federated with on the dashboard

In terms of UX, it's a quick fix and will help a lot I believe. For user, it's hard to realize the federation at this stage, it's like transparent and the usage is new. I propose to list organizations on the dashboard and explain as well that user can access to those organization's circles via the administration panel.
