New feature : Adding additional default circles on user account creation

On top of default circles the user has access to when joining Hubl, it would be nice to have the possibility to add selected circles when creating her access to the plateforme. I beleive it's good for the onbording, like a more personal way to show her the house with local circles or subjects that might interest her.
