channel selection provides user administration

in channel selection page (which is apparently not a "page" but some representation of a giant confusingly multi-faceted "admin" page like applications/hubl#661 (moved) - should I file a separate ticket for this?) there is a peculiar icon at the top right (with no title like applications/hubl#658 (moved) - should I file a separate issue for this?), which seems to list all accounts but without link to them, only the ability to edit my own. Which seems to be a duplicate interface for parts of what is available at "My profile" in very top right corner.

I would expect channel selection to be about selecting channel, only.
