Number of messages posted on the chat per community

Hi @jbpasquier,

I would like to know how many messages are posted on the chat by each community every day and every week.

Can we get that info somehow from Prosody? from Converse? from Matomo?

The idea behind it is:

1. be able to see which communities are active, and which ones are not
2. show some engagement metrics to wannabe investors, and a sense of the quantity of data we will be able to mine locally, providing us an unfair advantage in terms of recommendation comparing to other players on the market
