CRM function in the project list

It would be very useful to be able to use the project list as a simplified CRM.

That would require to be able to add prospects in the list, and have a few columns in the table: technology, expected budget, status, last contact date

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
