Ping all cell associates with @{cell}

As {cell}@happy-dev.fr emails, a @{cell} in a chat and search context to target associates would be beneficial for the members.

Problem

As cells evolve, the members do not always know are the associates.

Use case 1

I'm a cell X member and have a question concerning an associate. I do not want to target anyone one of them specifically and I don't want to target all of them one by one (with the fear of missing some).
I use @X to ping them all.

One or more associates replies directly within the question context (channel, comments...)

Use case 2

I'm a cell X member and get a project. I need an associate to handle it.
I present the project and use @X to ping all associates.

One or more associates replies directly within the question context (channel, comments...)

Use case 3

I'm a cell X member and want to know who my associates are.
I type @X in the main search bar

I get a list of all the associates profiles for the X cell.
