Documentation must be improved

Hi there!

As we are going to get the functionality page, we gonna link each functionality to its own documentation. The documentation of this component is clearly not sufficient.

In order to be consistent, I propose a model of component documentation : https://git.happy-dev.fr/startinblox/framework/sib-core/wikis/Documentation-Component-Model. The readme should be updated.

And what is the difference between sib-chat and sib-conversation? It can be very confusing for a newer.

I assign Alex because he is given as owner of the project, but could someone else take care of it?
