[Upgrade ESS France] - Make menu labels configurable

Needed for Upgrade ESS France application

On the ESS community application we use specifics labels in the menu instead of the original names of the components, to upgrade the ESS platform to the last version of our hubl template without disrupt customer habits, we would like that the labels of the components (Menu and pages titles) to be configurable.

Current labels used in ESS France application :

Could you please detail the work to do, then estimate the cost to implement it ?
