Prepare repository migration to SiB GitHub and define user feedback workflow

Description:

CQCM will begin promoting the DSM module in the coming months, which is expected to generate feedback from various users and stakeholders.

In preparation for this, we need to:

1. Define a feedback collection workflow

• Decide where feedback from external users should be collected (GitLab, GitHub, other). Answer: SiB github repo
• Create a clear process for reviewing, triaging, and responding to this feedback.
• Add a contact person (or email) in the repository README for users who need assistance or wish to submit comments.

2. Prepare for repository migration

• Plan to migrate the DSM repository to the SB GitHub organization.
• Ensure appropriate access rights are granted (e.g. to Alex and Maikel).
• Coordinate the timing and communication of the migration with relevant stakeholders.

Target:

• Migration suggested for September 2025.

Next steps:

• Discuss and validate preferred feedback mechanism and location.
  • Assign contact person and update README accordingly.
  • Create a detailed checklist for the repository migration.
  • Open access rights request (Alex, Maikel).
  • Communicate migration plan and timeline.
