Ability for the module to handle several third parties

In #1 (closed) we handles only 1 third party by platform.

OFN will need the data sharing module to work with several discovery component in a near future, especially if OFN Canada decides to handle Waterloo's permissions with the new data sharing module: the platform will need to push data to both CQCM map and Waterloo portal.
