Yes I don't think there's a spec for that.

Browser notifications are out of scope as they are handled by converse for now.

@sylvain : I looked at the https://git.happy-dev.fr/startinblox/djangoldp-packages/djangoldp-notifications/blob/master/djangoldp_notification/models.py code, but I do not fully understand it.

I need to review it with you or @matthieu so that I get it totally and am able to propose the technical implementation of the above spec.
