Yes I think having to edit the project to invite someone is not the nicest way.

Probably not blocking though.

Some way to create invitation links (Usable X times or linked to an user) could be nice.

I would go for entering the email of the one you want to invite though, Gitlab style. I like that.

I agree with Sylvain a clear "Add a member" button will help having to edit the project is not easily understandable

@alexandre yes I have added the "delete circle" button here as we agreed on that. I have also just added the "add member" button which was missing ;)
