Redirect to the previously accessed URL after OIDC connexion

So far, the OIDC provider redirects us to the root page

@alexandre is it a problem of sib-app or sib-oidc?

@sylvain : The implementation is on sib-oidc, and the sib-app developper needs to make sure it is working well. There is an issue there already : https://git.happy-dev.fr/startinblox/sib-oidc/issues/2
