Members page - Be able to click particular elements

On a member profile, there are icones such as the chat or the tags. They should be clickable and bring to the accurate page.

The chat is clickable and should work (chat is not working at all for me but the click go to member-chat so I assume it's ok)

@sylvain What do you mean by tag ? Is it skill tags ? If yes where the click should go (url) ?

@alexandre : To ge honest, I don't know what I meant by tags. I believe I meant skill tags also but on the mockups they are not clickable. They will probably be at some point, and clicking them would filter the list of members by the clicked tag. But on the short run : the issue can be closed I think.
