A typical freeze of the app

I have faced the problem again.

The workflow to reproduce it seems to be:

1. I open my laptop to resume work after a night of sleep for instance
2. I open the app
3. I visit the notifications drawer because I have some unread messages
4. I click on a notification

There it just freezes for at least a full minute, sometimes more.

Facing it again.

It always occurs when I click on a notification. After having clicked it the app becomes unresponsive and I can hear my fan spinning like crazy.

Here is what the console says:
