No access to circles accross instances

What's happening?

What ever the instances, I cannot reach circles anymore

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to an instance
2. Try to reach a circle in the left menu

Should have been fixed by core team. A dependency from the core had an unexpected breaking upgrade.
