Can't add someone to the autocomplete list of users of a circle if I'm not an admin

It might just be an inconsistency. I should either be able to save the channel somehow so the user is added to the autocompletion list of users (Clement in my video) or I shouldn't be able to add him at all to the circle. Here I could add Clement, but I can't save the circle and so I can't mention him.

The problem is more that adding/removing a member does not trigger the subscription notification for Prosody.

We had a workaround on this one, I re-opened it today as it was not enough. djangoldp-packages/djangoldp-notification#22 (comment 28766)

This should be fixed now too. Let's re-open if it is not the case
