Are we talking about the data or about the interface ?

The thing we miss on the interface side is the possibility to load translation files with each autonomous web-component, and there seems to be no standard way to do that (what a shame)

OK. What does "to test" mean then? Will we be able to translate Hubl on v0.12 or not, I think that's my question in the end?

On that one we have a pending merge request which allows components developers to integrate translation files and then to handle translation based on the browser language settings of the user.

This need reviews but will be integrated in the 0.12, and yes, it should allow you to internationalize Hubl but would need work on your side to review each individual components to add the translation files, and ensure the components are inheriting from SolidTemplateElement.

The steps on the Hubl side would be:

Update to the 0.12
On every webcomponents:
- add translation files
- set the translation files path in the constructor : this.setTranslationsPath(`${base_url}/locales`);
- use the localize method in the component template
If needed, provide custom translation files (if two english customers wish to have different labels, it is handled)

For the translation of the data themselves, if needed for classifications lists or some stuff (like list of skills maybe ?) it is possible to use djangoldp-i18n with some additional configuration on the server for that purpose.

Component Job Board & Directory now have the translation mechanic.

Hubl have the translation mechanic, on browser side. @gaelleM is currently working on isolate each string to a translation file.

Files to translate:
