Which project should be displayed in the menu?

I'm not sure which projects should be listed in the left hand side menu. All the projects? The ones I belong to? The ones that have unread messages/notifications?

My suggestion: only show the ones with unread messages and notifications in the menu, then when the user clicks "Projects" open a list of all projects and my projects.
