update: color of the left menu font

Validation process:

• Now, you can read the left menu. Even with a bit of sun on your screen!

Note: I also fixed every client file to not override this value, so after the merge, they'll show it in white too. :-)

@jbpasquier I think the deployment failed. Anything in particular I should do in that case?

Retry "Build" then re-deploy where you want, a pipeline is only valid for 24h
